Who We Are
Direct Demolition is a Sydney-based demolition and excavation company operating across all of Greater Sydney and Newcastle. We're family owned and operated, which means when you hire us you're dealing directly with the people doing the work — not a booking agent or a head contractor who subcontracts everything out.
We own our equipment — 3 excavators and 2 hook bin trucks — and employ our own crew. That means better pricing, faster scheduling and real accountability. If something needs to be sorted, you call us and we sort it. Simple.
What We Do
Our core services are residential demolition, commercial demolition, bulk excavation and asbestos removal. We handle everything from small residential strip-outs and pool digs to full house knockdowns, commercial demolitions and large-scale excavation projects. We work with homeowners, builders, developers and commercial property managers across Sydney.

Where We Work
We cover all of Greater Sydney — Hills District, Western Sydney, Parramatta, Penrith, Blacktown, North Shore, South West Sydney — and Newcastle. Our equipment is based in the Hills District (Glenorie) which puts us within easy reach of most Sydney locations.
Our Approach
We're tradespeople. We show up, we do the job, we clean up and we hand the site back. We give you a straight price upfront, we don't spring surprises and we don't cut corners on safety or compliance. If we find asbestos we weren't expecting, we tell you and we work out the best path forward — we don't walk off the job.
We aim to be the demolition contractor you call twice. That happens when you deliver on time, on price and leave the site in better shape than the customer expected.
