Building Manager / Centre Management Requirements

Most B-grade and A-grade buildings require:

Current Public Liability ($20M minimum)
Workers Compensation Certificate of Currency
SWMS and JSA per task before site induction
Pre-booked goods lift / loading dock windows
Bin-out hours (often 18:00–06:00 in CBD towers)
Noise-controlled methods during business hours
Final make-good handback inspection
