1. Site Quote
We inspect the property or review photos/plans and prepare a written quote with scope and exclusions.
2. Approvals and Disconnections
Your builder, certifier or consultant may manage CDC/DA requirements. Services must be disconnected or made safe before demolition starts.
3. Asbestos Checks
Older homes may contain asbestos. Where required, asbestos is removed and clearance documentation arranged before demolition.
4. Demolition and Disposal
The structure is demolished, waste is loaded and material is taken to appropriate facilities.
5. Clean Handover
The site is scraped/levelled and handed back ready for the next stage.
